This is quality meat and what our meat should look like and taste like! I could never go back to eating meat, if thats what you want to call it from the Grocery Cartels. We purchase their chicken - bone in skin on, no skin no bones, chicken wings and backs. We use all the bones for homemade bone broth. We love their aged pork chops, we have done bone in and bone out. We do their ground chuck, and ribs. Plus other products now and then. These guys are our go to! Great customer service and community! Thanks Better Butcher for giving us a quality place we know and trust.
