We cannot accept returns of any products delivered to you, and accordingly, it is not The Better Butcher’s policy to provide refunds if you are dissatisfied with the products you receive. Perishables cannot be returned. An in-store credit may be offered, with no cash value.
We only replace products if they are defective, damaged or if you are unsatisfied. If you need to exchange items, please send us an email at email@example.com and drop off your item to: 377 Heritage Dr SE, Calgary, AB, T2H 1M8, Canada. Please note exchanges are only possible in person at our store.
